It all started last June with a farewell bash for Chris Osgood, longtime Springboard for the Arts Program Director and passionate champion of artists everywhere, to honor him for his work and to thank him as he moved to his next adventure. Now the event is back and here to stay! It will take place Friday, June 26th.

Please join us for a fabulous party, featuring performances by Springboard performing artists, including Jeremy Messersmith, e.g. bailey, Tou Saiko Lee and others; a juried art show and sale featuring Springboard visual artists (who will split the sale proceeds with Springboard); delicious food and drinks.

The emcee will be Joe Spencer (City of Saint Paul) with performances by:
* The Warblers, featuring Chris Osgood and Dave Ahl with the Liquorish Whips
* Tou Saiko Lee, Hip-Hop artist
* E.G. Bailey, Minnesota Spoken Word Association
* Amanda Dlouhy, Ragamala Music & Dance Theater
* Featuring: Jeremy Messersmith

After the performances, enjoy scrumptious food and drinks from Chowgirls Catering, Summit Brewing Company and Artisan Vineyards and a Visual Art Exhibition and Sale featuring: Teresa Cox (painting); Betsy Dollar (collage); Chris Faust (photography); Deborah Foutch (mixed media); Karin Jacobson (jewelry); Kristine O’Brien (batik/lighting)

Friday, June 26, 2009, 7:00pm to 11:00pm; McNally Smith College of Music Auditorium and Lobby, 19 Exchange Street East, St. Paul, MN. There is a $35 suggested donation. All proceeds benefit Springboard for the Arts! www.springboardforthearts.org
